Which local governments were recognized — and when.
2,501 recognitions of provinces, cities, municipalities and barangays from the DILG Seal of Good Local Governance and the Galing Pook Awards, each linked to its official source.
Seal of Good Local Governance
DILG's yearly seal for provinces, cities and municipalities that pass its governance assessment (financial administration, disaster preparedness, social protection, peace and order, business friendliness, environmental management and more).
No SGLG list is shown for 2022 (350 LGUs) and 2024 (714 LGUs): DILG announced those awardees, but the official national lists were not found on any reachable official page, so they are not reconstructed from news reports.
Galing Pook Awards
Awards for innovative and effective local government programs, given since 1994. Each award names a specific program of the LGU.
